1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Plain English: If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days for any reason, contact us and we'll refund 100% of your hosting fees. No questions, no hoops, no argument.
501 Servers offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans (Starter, Business, and Managed WordPress). If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting service within the first 30 days of your initial signup, you may request a full refund of all hosting fees paid.
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at billing@501servers.com or call hello@501servers.com within 30 days of your signup date.
2. What Is Eligible for Refund
- Hosting plan fees — Starter, Business, and Managed WordPress monthly fees paid within the last 30 days of initial signup
- WordPress Care Plan fees — First-month fees if cancelled within 30 days of first payment
- Setup fees — 501 Servers does not charge setup fees, so there are none to refund
3. What Is Not Eligible for Refund
- Domain registration fees — Once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded. Domain registrations are processed with third-party registrars and are non-reversible.
- Renewal payments — The 30-day guarantee applies to initial signup only, not subsequent renewals.
- Accounts terminated for AUP violations — Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
- Add-on services — Third-party add-ons (e.g., Wildcard SSL certificates) are non-refundable once provisioned.
- Partial months — Outside of the 30-day guarantee period, we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us at billing@501servers.com or call hello@501servers.com
- Provide your account email address and the reason for your request (optional but helpful)
- We will confirm your request within one business day
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method
We may ask for feedback to improve our service, but providing feedback is not required to receive a refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to your hosting account until the period ends. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
After cancellation, your hosting account data will be retained for 14 days before permanent deletion. Please export any data you need before your account is cancelled.
