1. Overview
Plain English: If you believe content hosted on our servers infringes your copyright, send us a proper DMCA notice and we will investigate and act promptly.
501 Servers LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. ยง 512. This policy describes how to submit a copyright infringement notice and how we respond to such notices.
2. Designated DMCA Agent
Our designated agent for receiving DMCA notices is:

3. Filing an Infringement Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written communication must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (URL, account information)
- Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Incomplete notices may not be processed. Please send notices to dmca@501servers.com.
4. Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, 501 Servers will:
- Acknowledge receipt within one business day
- Notify the account holder of the claim
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 3 business days of receiving a valid notice
- Provide the account holder with a copy of the notice (with personal contact information redacted)
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in Arkansas if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
Send counter-notifications to dmca@501servers.com. We will reinstate removed content within 10โ14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
6. Repeat Infringers
501 Servers has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. Accounts with multiple valid DMCA notices will be subject to suspension or permanent termination.
7. Misuse of DMCA Process
Filing a knowingly false DMCA notice is a federal crime and may expose the filer to civil liability. 501 Servers reserves the right to seek damages from parties who abuse the DMCA process.
